Part A
Aim as well as context of the research
In today’s time professional identity presents to personal self as well as homogeneous all of the
profession. Overall critical reflection is very significant within the development of effective and
strong professional level identity. Overall, there are two perspective that can be utilized within
the appropriate studies of particular own identity. (Cirocki & Widodo, 2019) have explained that
first perspective is presented through the scholars that investigated how a person could influence
the construction of identity as the main portion of social structure. How an individual who is a
leader of group can influence the social structure development which is the dealt in other
perspective. This has been claimed through the Alvesson within the organization that creation of
professional level identity is particularly researched as the dimension of consumer culture that
are particularly networked and affected through the climate of a business (Alvesson & Spicer,
2010).
Overall research has the three objectives that can be utilized. Kinds of objectives include self-
awareness, feelings, emotions, and trigger. Goals of the research will be explained within the
following discussion. Completely understand the triggers that create practices and potential
values in relation to experts within the professional level field. Another goal includes
comprehend and feeling that led to effective advancement of self-level image as well as personal
identity. In relation to improve the practices knowledge as well as qualities of self-awareness at
appropriate level has led to effective self-image and proficient level status. Within the research, I
might prefer and consider utilizing the first point of research (triggers of understanding). This is
because within the exploration it is appropriate to regularly focus on the necessary affirming
values. It was the result of juncture that affected self-image, nature, and influenced the individual
that has particularly turned out to be modern day.
Objective and purpose of the research is to present how first time functioning within the
kitchen of Chinese food restaurant within the busy day affected the hardworking as well
as bold individual I am in today’s time.
REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
4
In relation to understand it context of the research is centered on informal professional identity as
the effective and self-image utilizing Alvesson Metaphor approach (Alvesson, 2010). Reasoning
for it is due to studies of leadership which is the wide domain and remains problematic. This is
effective for an individual to effectively believe that leadership study has grown
disproportionally within the volume and enough speed in compared to regular expansion of
convincing research as well as good theory. I have become enough capable through the
utilization of Alvesson Metaphor approach to demonstrate active imagination, artistic
imagination, and experimental level learning which diagnosis how working within kitchen of
Chinese food restaurant within the busy day affected hardworking.
Theoretical direction
Research focuses on the research design of personal data that relied on the informal professional
identity at particular level as the self-image utilizing the approach of Alvesson Metaphor (Rudd,
2016). I started theoretical direction through describing the imagination application, imagination
at artistic level, and many experimental learning theories. Critical evaluation refers to the
imagination. These kinds of imaginations can be artistic and active (Lawson, 2017). Overall
imagination is explained as ensuring experiences as well as memories within the mind.
Everything can be effectively imagined be actual as the time period goes on real. Every
individual within the world is particular found to have the different imaginations capability.
Approaches in relation to theory of imagination cannot be forgotten as intellectual impulses
within the relation of Coleridge are effective within the case of literally contemporary debate
(Jung, 2020). Procedure of active imagination at regular level should be carefully performed as it
can be disconnected easily with actuality (Forsler & Velkova, 2018). This refers to the utilization
of metaphors in relation present the identity as well as visual creative. It is the imagination and
curiosity which starts the studies that present data and information which present the knowledge.
Through re-imaging normal reactions in relation to tangible events and intangible events in
which I am capable to express artistic imaginations and active imaginations.
Experiential learning (ELT)
This kind of model is the holistic within the learning procedure. This kind of theory within the
adult development is the multilinear model that is enough compatible with what learn at natural
level, develop and grow. Reason in relation this kind of theory is particularly referred to the

experimental learning which refers to describe more about the central role which played within
the learning procedure (Thompson & Stepney, 2017). It has the four stages.
Experimental approach in relation to reflection enables to understand the trigger steps utilizing
the metaphor that is the tangible event. This has supported to identify the emotions of individuals
that led to reactions on daily events. Overall I am enough capable to present the artistic as well as
active imagination theories in relation with the dialogic procedure of journal entries.

Part B
This part will focus to reflect the research methods and ways to evaluating the data.
Methodology
In relation to reflective practice, methodology portion involves the five kinds that are different.
These are reflexivity, action of research, auto-ethnography, base of art, as well as action of
research in relation to the thoughtful dialogic (Graham, 2017). Research of action is the research
methodology that is utilized within the social science. This focuses at looking a change that is
transformative through the simultaneous procedure of completing the research and regularly
taking the action which particularly joined altogether through critical action. Overall there are
many kinds of reflection cycles that particularly link action research. In relation to the project I
will particularly consider utilizing the research action.
Methods including analysis of personal data
With the objective of researchers there is the different resource in relation to personal data
(Caiying et al., 2017). For instance, if at particular level research focuses to improve the level of
self-awareness within the individuals then personal data sources involve the utilization of
poetics, SI, ET, personality, and many more. All these data sources can be effectively applied in
relation to research that focuses to create the sense of effective feelings as well as emotions. If
the objective of the research is to effectively know regarding the triggers then effectively it can
REFLECTIVE PRACTICE

be determined that utilization of poetics, VARK, Belbin, and many more are important resource
in relation to personal data.
Personal data resources within the research project will be VARK that particularly stands for
Aural, Visual, as well as Kinesthetic sensory modalities which are utilized regarding the
information of learning. The most effective and suitable style in relation to learning is the
kinesthetic as main level style is particularly driven from the practice and experiences. I prefer to
experience the different event and regularly gain the enough level of knowledge from them that
can link to the usual behavior, personality, and attitude. Utilizing the all resources in relation to
personal data at effective level will be advantageous within the affirmation of many values and
necessary data why I particularly behavior within the mode I do in today’s time, overall they are
subjective approaches of evaluation as effective level data which is drawn is from the individuals
personal level opinion and minimizing the authority.
Personal data sources
In relation to analysis of data, I will use and apply Gibbs reflective cycle. Following discussion
will present the evaluation of data.
Gibbs reflective cycle
In relation to create the active imagination, experimental learning, as well as artistic imagination
easily and come up with main reasons with self-image utilizing the approach of Alvesson
Metaphor, I have chosen to utilize Gibbs Reflective Cycle. Overall approach is important tool
that is utilized through the individual to present and reflect after events that have particularly
caused the crucial incidents (Akka et al., 2017). Knowing in activity is particularly utilized
through the skilled practitioners to support the awareness in lifetime. Through brining the
approach within the personal data evaluation it will support to understand the level of struggle
that I particularly faced and how I managed them. Overall technique can be utilized within the
events reflection which instilled negative effects and negative effects. Event could have taken
place at practical level during the procedure of learning and within the personal areas. Overall
tool is useful at effective level for the new students in reflecting as all sections are defined at
clear level which presented within the below figure.

Critical analysis of research design
In today’s competitive environment critical evaluation is utilized to particularly identify the
article many strengths and weaknesses. It is completed to analyze the validity and usefulness in
relation to designs of research. I have selected to critique particularly one area which is
utilization of VARK. Within the relation of processing as well as assimilation of information,
learners have many different preferences. Learning style of VARK model that was introduced
through the Fleming involves the questionnaire (Wong & Chin, 2018). At effective level
questionnaire is utilized to regularly identify sensory modality preferences in relation to
individuals during the procedure of learning. Model divides learners within the four different
learning models. These are visual (V), aural (A), read (R), and kinesthetic (K) (Fatimah, 2018).In
Visual learners information is effectively processed if regularly they can realize and see it.
In today’s time aural learners prefer to hear the important information. These kinds of learners
like to see all written words. Overall, kinesthetic learners favor to acquire the many kinds of
informations by regular practices and experiences. In relation to teach the first year medical
learners many instructional approaches are utilized. All the methods involve the dissections,
tutorials, lectures and practical’s etc. Student preferences in relation to different approaches of
teaching and learning had been particularly attributed because of the many reasons such as
familiarity with approaches, positive outcomes, etc. Leader’s styles of learning are the less

explored and remain more important element. Learning style advantages at particular level
benefits thee learners as it would support within the creation of approaches that are utilized
within the learning which are signification improving the learning. Utilization of different
teaching methods may lead to cause of the variations.

preface, critique about the storyboard and authentic storyboard. Overall I will present the
storyboard utilizing the crucial incidence evaluation.
Preface
In relation to use the final objective of research paper of coming up at regular level with the
storyboard, I will regularly follow the Gibbs cycle model which explained earlier within the
above B part. Through the above explanation in relation to sake of reflection, individuals
consider utilizing the Gibbs cycle as it is very famous and enough productive. When reflecting
on incidents that have taken place already then Gibbs cycle provides the effective results.
Reflection within the case of learning is considered to be important learning component (Cake,
2018). Making enough time to regularly focus as well as reflect more on it enables to understand
more about the view of students that have effectively spread the precious time to regularly gain
enough knowledge regarding the experience that particularly comes through the service teaching
(Schutel et al., 2018). Below discussion will present the steps that involved within the last
portion of research project.
i. Explanation of condition
ii. Feelings that particularly accompanied the condition
iii. Evaluation of condition
iv. Analysis of condition
v. Conclusion and action plan
I have selected to utilize the Gibbs model as it supports to put enough level of attention on the all
conditions of life. This kind of model supports to see the condition that can take mainly little
time in relation to the change, how condition will change, and many professional level images
will be regularly made stronger through the change in condition. This will support to gain the
enough knowledge regarding how challenges taking place which can be resolved when I begin
practicing profession.
In link with the task, I put the many considerations about the reflection approach through many
experiences and learning. Reflecting on the experiments of learning helps to make the procedure
of learning as well as skills very strong than before. It supports me to improve the awareness
about how I can manage the condition. Level of learning through the experience is the main

objective as I particularly yield it to be the most significant capability. It is because learning
through the experience is the main basement of whole what at particular level I have made-up of
being within the future and skill that I particularly aspire to have. Learning through the
experience supports to understand and regularly gain the enough level of knowledge regarding
the condition that might be critical to be. Utilization of model has improved the capability to
learn through the experiences (Foong, Binti, & Nolan, 2018).
Application of Gibbs Cycle
Explanation of condition
One of my family members is an aunt which has the Chinese food restaurant. She is specialized
in creating the Peking duck as well as vegetables stir fry. One of the busy days during the
summer, aunt asked me to go and support within the kitchen of restaurant. I worked to
effectively cook vegetable stir fry. Every chef within the kitchen was busy in doing the work. I
sat on the chair which was placed at strategic level within the kitchen, wondering at particular
where to begin. I sat on a particular chair when my aunt entered. Aunt took some time to present
me how to organize vegetables. Overall I was enough confident as it was not the first time to
cook food; I utilized to cook many vegetables at home. She left to complete the many other
responsibilities. I was particularly left with many other employees. I began slicing vegetables
that I was to utilize regarding the preparation. After some time, consumers began arriving within
the order site where I hurried up at effective level so that all vegetables can be easily served as
per the order of customers.
Feeling which accompanied condition
At initial level I was nervous I had not cooked vegetables within the restaurant. I realized I was
not capable to prepare delicious vegetables in compare to the chefs within the Chinese food
restaurant of aunt’s did before. Overall I was worried as I was cooking out of the high level of
pressure. Firstly, I was working within the kitchen of restaurant, I sensed I should particularly
ask regarding the support from many chefs, there was not time to complete that everyone was
enough busy with the duties as users had started arriving. Everyone finished cooking the order in
relation to customer and served them. Felling enough worried I went to food restaurant kitchen
as well as began cooking vegetables for thee other user that had reached within the restaurant.
REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
12
Evaluation of condition
In the starting, user looked to be effectively enjoying the particular food. I looked frequently at
the tables of customers in which he was eating the meal so that I could recognize the level of
progress. At that point of time I was enough worried as well as stressed because I know that all
vegetables were overcooked. It made the tasteless vegetables. User ate other food and left
vegetables on bowl. Every waiters were not enough comfortable with what had took place. All
the waiters came to the kitchen of restaurant to question me as I was liable for the preparation of
vegetables.
Analysis of condition
Overall after thinking regarding the preparation of vegetable for a particular time I know that I
could have effectively mastered in cooking of vegetables. I have been understood through the all
chefs as it was the first time in cooking the vegetables within the food restaurant. Aunt explained
to every waiter what it was the first time for me to working within the restaurant. These all
understood me and supported me within the creation of second order. Within the time of evening
after going the home, I called the aunt and all chefs that I had befriended in relation to gain the
response on what had took place. She told me that he had no challenge with the vegetables at
was the first time to cook within the food restaurant. Chefs provided the positive feedback
regarding the personality despite overcooked food. Overall I realized that I have the outgoing
personality that helped to feel with the ease when functioning with them. It provided enjoy at the
time of evening to learn skills of cooking. All chefs helped to cook the good vegetables. I had the
feeling that employees looked down me because of the poorly cooked vegetables.
Conclusion
I identified that while functioning within the restaurant within the future I should be faced with
the many unanticipated events in which I will be needed to find the immediate resolutions. In
relation to considering the condition described above I would work something at different level. I
think at effective level it could be effective to talk to the aunt and chefs at immediate level after
the order as well as describe to themselves what had took place to me. Overall I could be enough
courageous in relation to cooking for the busy restaurant. It could be effective time to recognize
that I can easily cook the food within the restaurant. Overall confidence levels improve and I
REFLECTIVE PRACTICE
13
easily became the more hardworking. Making mistake in today’s time is normal that improved
the confidence of cooking.
Action plan
I will ensure some to regular practice at the home in future so that I will be utilizing the approach
which is particularly tested. In present I am functioning at close level with aunt in relation to
prepare vegetables as well as many other meals altogether within the restaurant. Already I have
coped to cook vegetables for the some consumers where all vegetables were better in compare to
that one, overall I prepared regarding the first customer. It will support me not at effective level
to be particularly embarrassed like before. Overall, shared challenge is seen to be the challenge
which is particularly half resolved (Lindon & Trodd, 2016). At effective level I will easily
address it to other colleagues that have never been within the kitchen of food restaurant. Overall
I believe at appropriate level that they can support me. I could deliberate about seeking the
advice to an individual that had cooked a meal within the Chinese restaurant of food before other
than her. It will supported me in feel better managed and remain enough confident when working
within the other Chinese food restaurant.
