Manila Bay Clean Up, Rehabilitation and Preservation Project

Camposanto 1 Norte in Moncada, Tarlac was found to be fully compliant with solid waste management regulations based on a 4th quarter 2020 assessment. The barangay achieved 100% mandatory segregation of wastes at source by households. It also has a functional materials recovery facility that meets the required operational standards. A no-littering ordinance has been passed and is strictly enforced through random inspections. The barangay is thus in compliance with all key legal provisions of the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act.
