Terms and Condition:


1. Down payment is required prior to work start.
2. Cladding and Angle bars and other fixtures by Client
3. Mobilization and Installation will commence after an approved of installation drawing
4. Any required changes during installation are not covered by this proposal
5. Any IATF required safety protocols by client
6. Safety paraphernalia by 1-ALDREY Corp.
7. Water, power and comfort rooms provided by client

Scope of Work:
1. Mobilization after receipt of PO and 50% downpayment
2. All works to be done as per approved installation drawings.
3. Scaffolding materials by H-frame (with client) with roller covering the entire height.
4. Installation/welding of angle bars and other fixtures prior to sheet layout.
5. Cutting and fixing of cladding sheets, any screws and sealant supplied by Client
6. Cutting and grinding to be covered by all safety protocols

Warranty: Six (6) months on all installations by 1-ALDREY under normal operating conditions.
Typhoons and Human related damages are not covered by this warranty
