Following our recent discussions, we are delighted to offer you the position of Customer Service Representative with
IBEX Global under the terms specified in this letter. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity
to help build an exciting, global organization with aims of becoming a global leader in outsourced high technology-
based services.

Contract Start Date: October 20, 2021


Contract End Date: December 31, 2021

Pre-Employment Requirement

This offer is conditional upon the successful completion of your pre-employment requirements and the results
of your Medical Exam and NBI Clearance. Unfavorable result will constitute to withdrawal of this offer and/or
termination of employment. A Background Check will also be conducted by the Company or through its
authorized partner; Company at its discretion may terminate this contract depending on the result of the
background investigation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your pre-employment medical exam is accomplished on or before October
20, 2021. If we will not receive the results of your medical exam before the first day of training, you will not be
allowed from participating in your training program until medical clearance is obtained and recorded to the
satisfaction of IBEX Global.

COMPENSATION PLAN
FIXED INCOME:
Fixed Hourly Base Pay: Php80.46
Fixed Hourly Allowance: Php17.24
Approximate Monthly Average Base Pay: Php14,000.00
Approximate Monthly Average Allowance: Php3,000.00

Note: The monthly rate above is your annual rate divided by twelve months
