recorded or monitored for quality purposes. How may I assist you today or I will be
happy to assist you today?
3. Where Avtaar is located?
We are based in USA. Our warehouse is located in Michigan.
4. When Avtaar started/ How Avtaar started its journey?
Due to pandemic we closed our store and transited to online to serve nationwide.
Accept return/exchange?
Yes, we do. Return or exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of the delivery.
o After receiving return request, Avtaar send return label to customer email.
o If it’s an online order and you’re shipping it back to us, please allow for 1-2
weeks for us to receive your items. Once it’s received, you’ll get an email that
your refund is being processed. Once the refund is triggered, it will take 5-7
business days to be completed.
o Return items must be shipped within 2-3 days after receiving the return label.
Failure to ship the item by the return shipping window may lead to cancel the
return request and the label will be voided automatically.
o Custom Fitting products are non-returnable.
How to return?
Avtaar Website
1) Visit our online returns portal to start a return or exchange.
2) Through our online portal, you can indicate which items you’d like to return and submit the
return request.
3) Once the return is authorized, we will email you the return label along with the refund
information.
4) For returns, a fee of $4.50 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in
your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are
responsible for the return shipping costs.

1) Go to Payments History.
2) Click the order you want to return.
3) Scroll down and click Return Order. If you don't see Return Order, you won't be able
to return the product.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions to start the return process.

1) Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
2) Tap in the top right.
3) Tap Orders and Payments.
4) Tap the order and item you want to return.
5) Follow the on-screen instructions to start the return process.

How to check custom fitting cost?
o Go to Bigcommerce control panel and click on Products from menu.
o Find the product you need price by searching for and click on it.
o Scroll down to Customization section and the price is shown below Set Rule
Daily/Weekly Task
o Check all the connections, functionality and notifications
o Login to Bigcommerce, Voice, Business Suit, Jivo and email (
