ANCILLARY:
Waybill Fee : Php 100.00
Valuation Fee : 0.5% of Declared Value
Handling Fee : Php 1.50 per kg of cargoes weighing over 50kg per pc.
Dangerous Goods Fee : Php 500.00 ( if applicable)
Cash on Delivery Fee : Php30.00 per air waybill ( if applicable)
Documentation Fee : Php 5.00 per airwaybill
EVAT : 12% of above charges

NOTES:

1. Minimum Freight of Php350.00 of above freight charge.


2. Subject to weight or measurement rule (W/M), per metric ton (1.000 kilograms) or per cubic meter (35.3 cubic feet)
whichever is higher.
3. Applicable within city limits of above ports only.
4. Above rates are appliable for the transportation of regular size and weight cargo which requires regular handling only.
5. Storage Fee of Php50.00 per cbm per day shall apply for unclaimed cargoes after 48 hours from the time of arrival
subject to 12% VAT.
6. Pull-out Fee of 5% of Total Freight Cost for cargoes to be picked-up at CaPEx office / warehouse or 10% of Total
Freight Cost for cargoes to be returned to shipper (within city limits only).
7. Exclusive of Overtime/Manpower for night time pick-up or delivery.
The maximum allowed declared value is fifty thousand pesos (Php50,000.00) per commodity. If declared value exceeds
Php50,000.00 there will be additional charge for processing of outsource insurance.
8. Incidental cost is also not included in the above charges.

9. Lashing, equipment rental, hauling, additional manpower, equipment rental and other special handling are not included
in the above rates.

Rates are subject to government and 3rd party increases.
