Tortas are a kind of Mexican sandwich, usually around six to eight inches
in length. They are eaten hot and cold and are created using a wide roll
called a bolillo with different ingredients including meat, cheese, tomatoes,
avocado, re-fried beans and Chipotle sauce. My favourite torta is a pierna,
which is made from meat.

4 a Work in pairs. Write a voice-over to describe a typical food from your region
or country. Use the notes below to help you.
