Ma’asyiral Muslimin rahimakumullah

Here, in this occasion, let me deliver some advice of one group that will not go to hell.

After performing the five daily prayers, we are used to praying like in Surah Al-Baqarah
verse 201:

Our Lord! Grant us the good of this world and the Hereafter, and protect us from the
torment of the Fire.
The question is, how can we avoid the torments of hell? Of course, we will answer it
according to the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. He has given several
explanations, which will save us from the torments of hell. As explained in the hadith
narrated by Imam Ahmad in the following:

"It is forbidden on the fire of hell, everyone who is humble, easy, and close to
humans/others".

Ma’asyiral Muslimin rahimakumullah

The group of people who don't go to hell are people who are humble, not arrogant,
and don't underestimate others. According to Abu Hatim in the book of Raudlatul Uqala',
it is obligatory for people to be humble (tawadhu') and stay away from arrogant attitudes
towards others. A humble person will always increase in rank and position. This is in
accordance with the words of the Prophet Muhammad SAW as narrated by imam
Ahmad:
"There is no one who is humble for the sake of Allah except Allah will raise his rank".
In contrast to arrogant people, there are some groups who think of themselves as
superior to others, feel themselves the most righteous, they will not be able to feel the
heaven of Allah SAW. As the words of the Prophet Muhammad SAW narrated by Imam
Muslim in Sahih Muslim section 1:

"No one will enter Paradise whose heart is as heavy as the grain of pride."
Why can't a proud person go to heaven? According to Sheikh Abdul Aziz in his book
Mawaridu Dham'an li Durusiz Zaman section 2, being arrogant keeps away a person
from the morals of a believer. An arrogant person cannot love a believer as he loves
himself. He does not have a humble attitude and is closely related to hate speech,
revenge, anger, envy, jealousy, and even extremism. He also finds it difficult to accept
good advice, he can't make himself away from anger and he is easy to underestimate
others. Arrogant people are close to a despicable attitude. As the words of the Prophet
narrated by Imam Muslim in his Sahih:

"Arrogance is rejecting the truth and underestimating other people".

In order to avoid arrogance, Kholifah Umar bin Abdul Aziz save a budget of one dirham
of his wealth every day to feed Muslims in need and eat with them together. In addition,
spending money if we are given by the poor, regardless of the amount, to buy basic
needs. This makes us remember that we had spent the money of the poor. That is another
way to avoid arrogance.

From this delivered advice, it can be concluded that the Prophet's suggestion that how
to not go to hell is always by being humble, gentle, providing convenience, and close
to other people. May we all always get God's grace so that we can become human beings
who are forbidden to go to hell and enter God's heaven. Aamiiinn 3x
