COMPANY PROFILE

LPD Lending Investor Corporation is a Cavite based company,


incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission as a
lending company since June 2008. The SEC issued Certificate of
Authority No.137 authorizing LPD to operate as a lending company in
July 2008 pursuant to Republic Act 9474. LPD's latest alliance with
the Asian Tiger Group will ensure its future to be able to provide
financing for the Local Government Units in the Philippines. Asian
Tiger Group, which is based in Europe and South Korea, is a
pioneering and diversified global business in Energy, Development,
Investment and Financing with Asset Under Management of over
€100Billion euros. LPD will provide the administrative and record
keeping services for this LGU Financing Project.

BBB IRA Project Management Inc. (BIPMI) is a SEC registered service


provider for the private sector and Local Government Units (LGUs)
since 2017. BIPMI will serve as the marketing arm of the LPD in IRA-
related transactions with the LGUs, as well as financing transactions
with the private sector.
