prepared 4 envelopes. with jigsaw puzzle

Analysis

There are four types of color harmony.

1. Direct harmony, also known as

complimentary colors, means pairing your key
color with the color sitting on the opposite
side of the color wheel. Red and green, blue
and yellow, and orange and green are the
primary examples of direct harmony.

2. The split-complementary color scheme is a

variation of the complementary color scheme.
In addition to the base color, it uses the two
colors adjacent to its complement. This color
scheme has the same strong visual contrast as
the complementary color scheme, but has less
tension.

3. A triadic color scheme uses colors that are

evenly spaced around the color wheel. To use
a triadic harmony successfully, the colors
should be carefully balanced - let one color
dominate and use the two others for accent.

4. Analogous colours are groups of three

colours that are next to each other on the
colour wheel, and a tertiary. An analogous
color scheme creates a rich, monochromatic
look. It is best used with either warm or cool
colors, creating a look that has a certain
temperature as well as proper color harmony.
