FORMULA:

Final answer: 3,437.5 is the interest that Jae needs to pay.

i= 8,180 php

t= 6 months – 6/ 12 or 0.5

FORMULA:

I= Prt

Final answer: 2.05% is the interest rate applied to Maria’s credit cooperative.

PROBLEM NUMBER 5

P= 5,000 php t= 9 years FORMULA: F= P (1 + r/m) ^mt

i= 4% or 0.04 m= 1

Final answer: 7,116.56 is the money in the account after 9 years.

B. ORDINARY ANNUITIES
