Step by Step Tutorial

Introduction
Dear Mining City Community
To make the new KYC verification procedure as simple and easy as possible, we have
put together a step-by-step tutorial on how to complete the process. But before you
start, please be aware of the following:

Only one document for the KYC process per user is allowed.
If you have multiple accounts, you can pass the KYC process for only one account
(you cannot submit another request for any additional accounts you might have).
If you failed the KYC process due to technical reasons, e.g., blurred photos or invalid
ID documents, you may receive an additional link twice. Users will receive such links
from the vendor, and will have a total of 3 tries to complete the KYC process with the
vendor.
Users who have failed the KYC process for other reasons should contact the Mining
City Support Team.
Accounts will be subject to review if they conflict with Mining City’s policies.
This ensures a relevant solution for each individual case.

With that out of the way, let’s look at the KYC Process Tutorial.
Step by Step Tutorial
There are two ways to start the KYC/AML and compliance check process
on the Mining City platform:
Request a withdrawal.
Click a dedicated button in the “Settings” tab on your Mining City Dashboard.

After you do either of those things, you will receive an email with a link that will allow
you to start the KYC procedure.

The following steps will take you through the KYC process as quickly and easily
as possible.

1. Go to your email and look for the KYC message from Mining City.
Then, open it and click on the link to start the KYC verification process with
our vendor – Mobilum & Sumsub.
2. Tick the checkbox to agree to the processing of your personal data.

3. Click “Next”.
4. Now you need to provide an identification document for verification.
Depending on your jurisdiction, an ID card, a passport, a driver’s license or residence
permit may be acceptable. From the dropdown menu, select the country that issued
the document you want to use and choose the type of document. Then, click “Next”.

If you do not see your country in the dropdown menu, please contact the Mining City
Support Team.
5. Carefully read the instructions on how the photos of your identification document
should look. Now, upload photos of the front and back of the document.
You can also click “Continue on your phone” to take photos on the spot if you don’t
have them on your computer. When you’re done, click “Next”.
6. You will now have to make a selfie video recording. Position your face within the
frame and read out loud all the digits that appear on the screen. When you’re done,
click the red button to stop the recording.
7. Click “Upload Video”. You can also retake it if you think you’ve made a mistake.

8. You can click “Edit” next to each item to make sure that everything is correct.
Then, click “Next”.
9. Now, the system checks and verifies information on the uploaded documents.
Note that it may take some time, so be patient.

10. You have now finished the KYC verification process.

The Mining City team will now perform compliance checks and a final AML review.

Please note that withdrawals will remain suspended until the entire KYC/AML
and compliance check processes have been positively completed.
Right now, just wait for the email from our side.
