TROUBLE SHOOTING

This section provides the information necessary for troubleshooting of this chain hoist under trolley. Determination of specific
causes to problems are best identified by thorough inspection. The chart below provides a brief guide to common chain hoist
problems, probable causes and solutions.

h- Remove motor unit (1) and control block unit (66).
i- Remove screw (68) from the motor coupling (3).
Motor Unit Assembly
Assembly of the Liftchain unit is the same as disassembly in
opposite order.
-Lubricate the key of the hyfraulic motor and splines with
grease.
-Use of Loctite® "Instajoint 574" on flange motor.
-Use of Loctite® "243" on capscrew threads.
