Dear Sir;

Greetings!

I, Nikita Paola A. del Mundo, have written this letter to express my interest for the position of
INSTRUCTOR, with item number ASCOTB-INST1-3-2016 in Mathematics in your institution,
Aurora State College of Technology.
Since 2018, I was given the privilege to enter your establishment as part of its teaching force
where I first handled GE subjects such as Mathematics in the Modern World and The Contemporary
World. I was also provided the chance to teach BSED-Mathematics course offering like Strategies in
Teaching Mathematics, Action Research in Mathematics, Plane and Spherical Trigonometry for the
last batch of the old curriculum while College and Advanced Algebra, Plane and Solid Geometry,
Trigonometry and History of Mathematics for the current batch of K-12 graduates as well as the ICT-
centered Professional Education Subject Technology for Teaching and Learning 1 and the major
subject Technology for Teaching and Learning 2. I have also handled a Math-related subject which
was Physics for Health Science II. With utmost dedication, I immerse myself to provide the education
that the students aim to achieve; fuelled by your trust in my capacities.
I have already received my undergraduate studies, Bachelor of Secondary Education – major
in Mathematics at Mount Carmel College, Baler, Aurora as well as passed my Licensure Examination
for Teachers last 27th of November, 2017. I have also passed and acquired my NC-II in the field of
Computer Systems Servicing.
With a year worth of teaching experience at Wesleyan University – Aurora Campus; and three
years and counting here in Aurora State College of Technology, I believe that my instructional
abilities acquired from my formal education and work experience suits the requirements for the post.
To continue such passion for education, I also believe that it is a must to be engaged in
different teaching and learning experiences. Thus currently, I am enrolled at Nueva Ecija University
of Science and Technology Graduate Studies as a Master of Arts in Teaching major in Mathematics,
certified with having 36 units. I aim to impart to our students the valuable practices, knowledge and
involvement that I have, and will continue to receive in this educational journey of mine.
Attached herewith are pertinent papers for your perusal and evaluation. I hope you find my
education and experience worthwhile as a possible candidate to be a molder of today’s youth.
