Coming into the 20th century our forefathers have
experienced the most profitable changes in every aspect of
living. Man has left no stone unturned in various fields such as
transport, communication, housing, electricity, etc. But the
most unavoidable and most significant of all is the
entertainment sector. Entertainment plays a major role in
man’s progressive development. The entertainment sector has
always intrigued the human mind and provided a good scope
for business and networking. It is also interspersed with our day
to day existence in the form of music, movies, documentaries,
sports, animation, etc. Stadium plays a crucial role in this
particular sector by way of connecting with audiences on a
larger platform. Keeping the growing demand and use of
stadium in mind and to help with the facilitation of them we
have based our project on Stadium management. This project
will help the stadium personnel

to analyze their work in a better way. The project provides a

user friendly environment to work in. More over it will be very
advantageous for the employees to work efficiently. The project
as a whole will provide the stadium management with concrete
and complete support in all the aspects of sports

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The project involves creation of the hassle free database that
provides the user with data that covers all areas regarding the
management of a stadium.

It will be operationally very feasible since it will cover all the

aspects of the management required for a stadium. All the data
entry that will be done wont be very tedious as all the data will
be put into the system will validated.

The software will manage the employees, the matches, the

prices of the tickets, the income from the matches and the
advertisements and the rent which makes the software very
essential to any stadium.
The application will be very time-saving as it implies so many
aspects of the stadium that is right from the payroll of
employees to generating reports and printing them.

MODULES
The proposed system has five major modules:

1. Employee Module
The employee modules allow us to add and update the
employee’s details.

This module allows us to keep track of the employees

attendance, leave, salary.

2. Matches Module
The matches module allows us to add and update matches
and set schedules with ease.

This system allows the match schedule to be set to 3 days

in advance.

3. Booking Module
The booking module allows us to book tickets as well as
cancel tickets.

4. Finance Module
The finance module handles everything related to the
finance.

It keeps records of all transactions carried out by the

stadium so as to provide records efficiently when
requested for.

5. Admin Module
The admin module handles all the major tasks that are

needed to be carried out to manage this system.

These tasks involve providing user id’s for the

employees and updating them, updating and shutting

down the server.
