In a career spanning 25+ years, had the privilege of leading and
managing several kinds of businesses as Business Head, Operations
Head, Sales & Marketing Head. Developed extensive experience in
managing Products & systems businesses, Service business & large
turnkey projects. The business segments that I have worked are in
Process industries like Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel, Paper, Power, Ports
& Harbors and other segments like Defense, Aerospace, Space and
Trans-formative education.
During the years 2006 – 2012, followed my passion to make a
difference and developed expertise in the distinctions of people
transformation, leadership development and organization
development. Trained and develop thousands of people as leaders
which has been the most fulfilling accomplishments of my life. This
is a unique differentiation; The ability to lead and manage the
business along with the ability to develop leaders to create
organization performance.
