How can I be a leader at home? In my community?
By being a good role model towards my sibling and to my fellow youth
member, I will use my voice for the betterment of our community. Takes steps
that are positive and helpful to the majority and to my family. Help bring peace
and order at home and to the community to be peaceful and avoid trouble.
Following the rules and policies at home as well as at the community. Take
responsibilities and be committed toward the attainment for the betterment of
my community and home. Engaging in various field of activities that will enhance
my leadership skills and engaging in different programs of my community that
aims to help and develop youths and train them as well to become a good leader.
Being a good leader, it requires hard work and dedication and by listening to the
concerns and suggestions of my fellow members of the community and my
siblings. For me to have good and effective leadership I must seek advice to my
family and superiors especially in my decision making. Lastly, it’s very crucial to
have faith in god, so that he can guide me in making difficult decisions.

What is NSTP to me?
For me the National Service Training Program is the training ground for preparedness, which aimed at
enhancing civic consciousness by developing the ethics of service and patriotism while undergoing
training in any of its three program components.

suggestions in its implementation?
Livelihood program, for them to have a source of income that will aid them financially, in addition to that I
would likely to suggest also the gardening program that will benefit the poorer individuals and the whole
barangay, by planting healthy vegetables that will give us source of food and income as well.
