Application Form : 2020 Selection é New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarship NEW ZEALAND www.mfat.govt.nz/scholarships Page 2 INEW ZEALAND COMMONWEALTH SCHOLARSHIPS New Zealand Scholarships empower individuals with the knowledge, skills and qualifications to contribute to economic, social and political development within selected developing countries. They are funded by the New Zealand Aid Programme and managed through the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Scholarship recipients are required to return to their home country on completion of their scholarship to work for ‘two years or more. This is so you can apply your new skills and knowledge and contribute to the development of your home country. ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST This checklist will help you decide whether you are eligible to apply for a New Zealand Scholarship. Please read and answer the questions carefully, and refer to the additional information provided. One of those requirements considers your previous qualifications against the qualification you are applying for.
