Corporate Profile
 Altus Malaysia was founded in 2010 and formed part of the Altus
Logistics Group Network. From its humble beginning with a small
office in Johor and 3 personnel, Altus Malaysia has since grown its
presence in Malaysia with offices and onshore bases in Labuan,
Bintulu, Miri, Kemaman, Kuantan, Johor, and Kuala Lumpur. It later
shifted its Headquarters from Johor to Kuala Lumpur and currently
employs more than 80 personnel.

Our business has expanded and diversified to three (3) core

segments: Marine Services, Oilfield Services and Logistics Services.
Altus Malaysia also, through its common shareholder, operates
Altus Freight Management that provide last-mile delivery for the
courier, express and e-commerce players. It employs more than 400
riders covering more than 24 stations nationwide. Altus has recently
ventured into Aviation Services through the formation of Altus
Aviation.

Major Zulkifli is currently the Executive Director of Altus Aviation, a new venture of Altus
Malaysia Group aiming to provide solutions to aircraft repair & maintenance and
specialized supply to both military and civil aviation. He was appointed a member of the
board of directors for Altus Logistics and Altus Oil & Gas Malaysia in 2010.

He has more than 35 years experience in aviation industries and air transportation
having to serve the Malaysian Airforce on various capacity and later joined the corporate
world after retiring from military. He was previously worked on various capacities with
Zetro Aerospace Corporation Sdn. Bhd. and Systematic Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd.

Mohammad Taufik is currently the Managing Director of Altus Malaysia. He was
appointed as the Chairman of the Board and Board Members of Altus Logistics Malaysia
Sdn. Bhd. and Altus Oil & Gas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. since 2010. He also sits on the board
of Altus Freight Management Sdn. Bhd. and Altus Aviation Sdn. Bhd. as Executive
Director.

He has more than 25 years of experience and specialize in logistics and offshore supply
base management, ports, airports, and marine services.

Mohammad Taufik began his career with Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas in 1997 and later
joined Senai Airport Terminal Services as Commercial Manager in 2003. He rejoined
PTP in 2005 as Senior Manager, Global Business and left in 2010 to pursue his
entrepreneurship and co-founded Altus Logistics Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Mohd Nazli currently leads the Business Development Department. He joined Altus
since 2016 and hold various position starting from Technical Manager and Based
Manager. He brings along his 18 years in total of experiences in Marine, Oil & Gas
and Logistics services.

His career started as certified seagoing Marine Engineer in 2001 onboard various
type of MISC’s vessels such as bulk carrier, chemical tanker and container vessel. He
was transferred to MISC HQ to join onshore vessel’s management team to leverage
onboard knowledge and experience to shore team.

He has also joined several Oil & Gas players inclusive of Tanjung Offshore Sdn. Bhd,
M3nergy Sdn. Bhd., re-joined MISC Berhad and be part of MISC’s Offshore Business
Unit subsidiary as Technical Manager/Deputy Contractor Representative to manage
Gumusut Kakap contract management.

Izudin is the General Manager of East Coast Region, a position he assumed in
September 2019. Prior to his current role, he hired as Head of Oilfield Services on 17
October 2018 overseeing overall oilfield business operation for Altus Group.

He started his career with Bank Simpanan Nasional, Kuala Lumpur in year 1993 taking
role as the Credit Officer and had developed his career in Accounting and Finance for
various industries such as Matsushita Electronics Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd., Lion
Group (Lion Plate Mills Sdn. Bhd.), and Scomi Oiltools Sdn. Bhd.

His area of expertise includes logistics management, multi-site operation, business

development, and HSE compliances. He is also responsible in overseeing the operation

General Manager, Sarawak Region

Expertise Summary
Lazim is the General Manager for East Malaysia Region that monitors Bintulu & Labuan
branch and potential growing business area such as Miri, Kota Kinabalu, and few more
areas within the region. Lazim has joined Altus Oil & Gas Malaysia since June 2018 as
Base Manager for Sarawak Branch. In Altus, he is responsible for the development and
establishment and maintenance by identifying the sales leads, pitch services to potential
clients, maintain a good working relationship with existing and new partners, negotiating
the collaboration and lead the team in planning and execution of day to day job functions.

Working in several countries in the Middle East, Sudan, USA, UK, and a few Asians
countries such as Indonesia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Japan, he had an opportunity to
learn to work with different people from different cultural backgrounds.

He is now an experienced worker at all levels of organization in both commercial business

and the government.

Rosli is the General Manager of Southern Region, a position he assumed in September
2019. Prior to his current role, he held various management positions, including the Branch
Manager of Labuan Office in year 2015-2016, and Head of Logistics and Shipping Business
Unit from Jan 2017 to Sep 2019. Rosli spent most of his career in Johor, with assignments
in Labuan and Kuala Lumpur. His career began with Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas Sdn. Bhd.
(PTP) in year 2000 as the first batch of Management Trainee, and had developed his career
as the Operation Manager in Marine Services Department from Dec. 2001 to Dec. 2008,
and as HSE Manager from Jan. 2009 to Oct. 2013.

His area of expertise includes port & supply base management, supply chain management,
marine services, and HSE compliances. Rosli also a competent external auditor for ISO

Zaidi has been joining Altus Oil & Gas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. since January 2020. He is
substantially responsible in the overall sales, management, and operation of Labuan and
Sabah region.

combination of 20 years working experiences in the field of Management, Sales &
Marketing and Customer Relation from various sectors such as Banking & Financial
Institution, Oil & Gas Industries, and GLC Companies.

Zaidi has been exposed with international companies and GLC gained in-depth exposures
in sales & marketing, operation, performance management, corporate governance as well

Suhaili is the Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department, Altus Oil &
Gas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. She joined Altus family on 9 July 2018 as an Assistant Manager
and was promoted to her current position on 1 September 2019.

She began her career as a Payroll Executive with Golden Arches Restaurant Sdn. Bhd.
(known as McDonald’s Malaysia). In 2001, she decided to have a career move and
embarked on her Human Resource journey as a Human Resource Executive in MNRB
Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Malaysian National Reinsurance Berhad) and
thereafter being appointed as the Assistant Vice President in Human Capital Management
between 2011 and 2016.

During her tenure in MNRB, she was the Section Head of Compensation and Benefit that
specializing predominantly in Reward, Performance Management, and Employee
Engagement.

Balachandar is the Finance Manager of Altus Oil & Gas Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., effective in
September 2013. In Altus, he is responsible for the closing monthly management accounts,
receivable and payable function, cashflow management, liaising with auditors, company
secretaries, lead various analysis and reconciliation as well as payroll and recruitment.

Prior to joining Altus Malaysia, Balachandar was a Senior Accountant of MBF Carpenters Shipping
Limited. He was tasked to involve in the audit receivable and reporting at the agency level.
Through this experience, he was responsible to finalize agents disbursement account.

With more than 20 years of experience in financial management, Balachandar has gained his
experience to plan, lead, and manage the accounting and administration team in various job
scope that includes implementing and monitor the best practice for receivable and payable
processes to ensure the monthly cash flow sustained the lifeline of the company’s business
operations.

Before joining the company, Haibie was the QA Engineer at Bumi Armada Engineering Sdn.
Bhd. where he was responsible for QHSSE compliance. He has also worked with MMC-Tepat
Teknik Sdn. Bhd. and Shapadu Energy & Engineering Sdn. Bhd., where he held positions in
driving quality assurance, health, and safety in the fabrication and construction for oil & gas
industry.

With more than 15 years of experience, his area of expertise includes developing,
implementing, and maintaining QHSE Management System with reference to ISO 9001, ISO
14001 & ISO 45001 Standards.

With over 25 years of combined work experience, Haniza gained wide experience in
transportation & logistics industry through her work in MISC Group and Port of Tanjung
Pelepas (PTP). She has been exposed to various roles in Human Resources, Corporate
Planning, Risk Management, and Contracts & Procurement giving her a well-rounded
corporate exposure to contribute towards organizational strategies and operational
excellence.

Altus emphasizes giving good deeds to the community. In

2019, we managed to organize a Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) activity with the collaboration from
PIBG SK Sri Skudai, Johor to address the school needs for
the underprivileged pupils. This programme aims to provide
relief for the pupils which consists from Standard 1 to 6.

The 2-days program involved of purchasing the items on the

first day and distribution of school items on the next day.

Items giveaway include of school bags, stationeries and

uniforms.

Distribution of Foods for Frontliners
Kemaman, Terengganu

We have organized a corporate social responsibility (CSR)

to distribute dates for front-liners in the Kemaman,
Terengganu. This aims to celebrate the holy month of
Ramadhan in May. The distribution process took place at
Hospital Kemaman and the Operation Command Centre in
Wisma Persekutuan.

The donations were distributed to the front-line workers

such as doctors, nurses, the Royal Malaysian Police
(PDRM), the Malaysian Volunteer Corps Department
(RELA), the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) and the
Malaysian Immigration Service.
