WHO IS HYDE PARK DEVELOPMENTS? 03
In 2007, Damac, an Emirati property development
company, owned the Hyde Park New Cairo Land
and due to financial difficulties, in 2011 the land
was acquired by the New Urban Communities
Authority and the Housing and Development
Bank, who were later joined by the Egyptian Arab
Land Bank.
Hyde Park Developments
Hyde Park’s CEO is Amin Serag, a strategic and
performance focused executive who had over 24
years of experience in Real Estate and the
development of projects (previously the CEO of
Orascom development for over 7 years).
