ACCOUNT REGISTRATION PROCESS

Online Hazardous Waste Manifest System (HWMS)


User’s Manual
Step 1: Go to hwms.emb.gov.ph then
click “Register a new account”
Step 2: Complete the form,
upload scanned copy of the
government ID then click
“Register”
Step 3: Sign in your account then
enter your Company Reference
ID and Date Approved then click
“Verify”

Note:

If you don’t have yet a Company


Reference ID. Click “No
Company Reference ID?” or go
directly to Environmental
Management Bureau (EMB) -
Company Registration System
(CRS).

Register an account to that


website and apply for Company
Reference ID or request it if
your company is already
registered in the site. The
account in EMB - CRS is
different in the HWMS Online.

EMB – CRS Account -> to


register or get your Company
Reference ID.

HWMS Account -> to apply


Generator, Transporter, TSD,
PTT and Manifest Application

The EMB – CRS will email your


Company Reference ID and its
Date Approved on the email
you have registered in the site.
Step 4: Enter your Company Reference ID
then Click “Assign Company to Account” to
finalize the registration.

Note: The Company Reference ID can be


assigned only once in one account in
HWMS Online.

Your account in HWMS is capable to apply


for Generator, Transporter, TSD, PTT and
Manifest Application.
Step 5: After assigning your Company
reference ID to your account. You may
now proceed to the login page of the
system and sign in your account.
This is the home page of the system once
you logged in your account in HWMS. You
may now apply for an application.
