This document provides a roster of creatures and notes for each of the 36 areas (X1-X36) of Xanathar's lair. Many areas are empty but contain traps, tunnels or secret doors connecting them. Inhabited areas contain creatures like beholders, bandits, kuo-toa, mind flayers and prisoners. The roster notes any special defenses, interactions or connections between the areas.
