The Audit Management Module in SAP will aid in driving harmonization of the evaluation and
consequence management process across the entire manufacturing and supplier base. This would also
prevent duplication of work and different rating scales currently being used for similar vendors across
API and FTO’s. It helps in establishing an objective system of assessment of Vendors based on ICH /
Schedule M / USFDA / EU / WHO and other relevant regulatory guidelines.

As a technical SME for this project responsible for providing required end-to-end technical solutions for
the new SAP module Audit Management.

Project Description
The application has been built with enhancing productivity and competitiveness of the user

Billing including harvesting, transporting, Purchase Tax, Security deposit, Various Schemes extended to
Cane Growers on loan, subsidy and installment basis before Crushing Season. Payments are made
through Bank and Branch Net payable advices, generated through this package after the necessary
recoveries based on agreements.
To maintain the complete accounting transactions as online, which includes asset information, capital
works, repairs and maintenance, payroll management system. It provides MIS reports, Final Accounts,
Balance Sheets, Cash flows through cash and bank, day-to-day ledger information for the management
for the quick decisions. Corporate office and three different sites interlinked with LAN for the online
transactions to take place.

The system is designed to monitor the detail movement of Credit Society. This project has to code for
Member details, Loan Details (Long Term Loan, Hand Loan, Education Loan and Term Loan etc.),
