I CIVIL WORK
A. Earth work :
1 Earth work in Excavation of required depth (up to 2m) for all types of
works including, lift, UG Tank etc as per drawing and including back
filling in foundation & sides of walls, below plinth etc where required.
Disposal of surplus excavated earth to location by
mechanical/Manual. Filling to be done in layers of 20cm thick and
each layer is compacted at OMC to MDD.means filling to be done in
layers as directed.No extra payment shall be made on account of back
filling from within/nearby/outside the site. Contractor to calculate (from
the drawings) the amount of earth to be retained /disposed within on
convenient/manageable location within or nearby the site Premises. It
is upto the contractor if he sell the earth and then Purchase it from
outside, but no extra payment will be entertained in this regard.
Shoring and Strutting shall be used when the excavation is to be
carried out as per site requirements in soft or slushy or any other soil
which are likely to collapse during the excavation of the work as per
the directions of the Engineer - in - Charge. No extra payment shall be
made on this account including dewatering, if need be.
Measurement will be done as per supplementary condition of contract

shall be got carried through an approved and registered agency and
strictly in accordance with IS:6313 Part-II:1981. (Tenderer to state the
name of specialised firm). (Contractor shall furnish 7 years guarantee
against defects).

B.Cement Concrete Work :
1 Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of specified mix. in bases
of column footings, below flooring and where ever required including
necessary wooden planks / steel sections / ply shuttering, excluding
the cost of cement, all complete. 24.00 Cu.M
2 Applying two coats of Tapecrate as per manufacture's instruction and
As per the direction of Architects including cleaning the surfaces etc.
all complete excluding the cost of cement, 120 Sq.M
3 Applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of penetration 80/100 of
approved quality using 1.7 kg per sq.m on damp proof course,
underground structures,roof etc after cleaning the surface with
brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil
as per standard spec. all complete. 0 Sq.M
4 Providing and Filling Foam concrete in sunken area including PCC
with smooth finish for flooring work 20 CUM
C. Reinforced Cement Concrete Works:
1 Providing and laying in position specified grade of Reinforced Cement
Concrete excluding the cost of Centring, Shuttering, Cement and
Reinforcement-all work upto Plinth Level.(Finished G.Floor Level)
Excluding for Folded Plate stairs.(exculding cost of reinforcement
steel).

2 Reinforced Cement Concrete work of specified Mix. in columns, walls
(any thickness), beams, roof slabs etc. including attached plasters,
buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, pillars, piers, abutments,
posts and struts, etc. up to all heights / levels excluding cost of
Centring, Shuttering, Cement and Reinforcement.

3 Reinforced cement concrete work (Of Specified Mix.) in folded plate
staircases (excluding landings) up to all heights / levels including the
cost of good quality Laminated ply Shuttering all complete including
inserting insert plates for railing as per drawings excluding the cost of

4 Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal
of form (ie including the cost of de-shuttering and de-centring) for:

a. Foundations, footings, pedestals, bases of columns, etc. for mass
