Dear Sir

With due respect, I would like to inform you that, my documents and my name has been used illegally
by an Engineering Institute "GANDHI INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY". I
have recently come to know that, since December 2017, my name has been updated in the AICTE
website as a regular Assistant professor (with AICTE portal Faculty Id 1 3730348580) working in
the civil engineering department of GANDHI INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION AND
TECHNOLOGY, Mobile Number: +91-9937860139/9937042327/9937409292, Baniatangi,
Bhubaneswar, Khurda–752060. I would like to also inform you that, I have never worked for this
institute and I have never joined as an employee of this institute.
In the year 2017 on 22nd December, I have given an interview for the post of Assistant professor in this
college. However, I have not been offered any job or any reply from the same institute. I have shared
my documents such as PAN card, AADHAR card and educational certificates at the time of application
and interview.
The above-mentioned institution has used my PAN card and other documents to show me as an
Assistant professor in civil engineering department of their institute in AICTE portal (Faculty Id 1-
3730348580). This institute has used my name and documents illegally to scam AICTE and Education
system. The AICTE is a portal where every college has to show their faculty strength to get approval to
run the engineering college. Hence my name has been used illegally.
So, I therefore request you to please remove my name from the AICTE PORTAL and take necessary
action to terminate the licence of the college. I have attached the screenshot of the AICTE portal where
my name is visible as an assistant professor in the said institute. I have also shared the interview call
