 OM TARE TUTARE TURE SÖHA

Venerable Mother Tara, please increase and expand the

lifespan and merit of myself and all living beings equaling
the extant of space. Please increase my lifespan. Please
pacify all sickness and harm from spirits. Please purify all
negative karma and obscurations. Please help me to
quickly accomplish all common and supreme attainments
as well all holy Dharma within the ocean of sutra and
tantra and once I have perfectly realized them, may I
teach them to others. May I perfectly uphold the victory
banner of accomplishment by sincerely applying myself in
this way until samsara is empty.

Whose wish fulfilling wheel increases life. “Wish Fulfilling Wheel”
Through this request to you goddess I bow to you, the Mother giving birth to the Buddhas
Please protect me with your power Called “The Arya Mother Wish Fulfilling Wheel.”
From all the obstacles to my life The goddess who by merely recalling bestows all
As well as all sickness and suffering and attainments;
Bestow upon me all common and Having bowed to you I will compose this concise sadhana.
Supreme attainments without exception.
Those who wish to engage in meditation and recitation of White
Through my faith in you, Arya Mother Tara Wish Fulfilling Wheel should perfectly set out offerings and
May you always keep me in your thoughts like your child tormas, and from within an especially virtuous state of mind
And whenever I make requests to you visualize the field of merit [and begin with]:
May you hold me with the hook of your compassion.
Going for Refuge
Goddess, with a body like the color of the moon
With elegant and soft attire Recite three times:
Your body is adorned with jewels
And your lower parts are beatified with silks. I and all living beings equaling the extant of space,
From this time forth and until the essence of
Sitting in the middle of a lotus and moon enlightenment is attained
With your legs in the vajra-posture Go for refuge to the glorious holy gurus
With one face, two hands, and a beautiful smile Go for refuge to the Bhagavans, the complete Buddhas,

Once again, light rays radiate from the seed syllable at my

Amitayus]. Although it has dissolved, the white nectar OM ALOKE AH HUM
continues to overflow, enters through the crown of my OM GÄNDHE AH HUM
head, and dissolves into the mantra rosary and seed OM NEWIDE AH HUM
syllable upon the wheel at my heart. A stream of nectar OM SHAPTA AH HUH
descends from that and completely fills the inside of my
body thoroughly cleansing me inside and out. This Blessing the Torma
purifies all the negative karma and obscurations I have
accumulated since beginningless time as well as all OM VAJRA AMRITA KUNDALI HANA HANA HUM
sickness and harm from spirits together with the PHAT
