APPLICATION FOR REPRICING OF PROPERTY LOAN

in respect of ___________________________________________________________________ (“Property”)

DECLARATIONS

I/We, the Borrower(s), wish to apply to the Bank for a repricing of my/our Property Loan for the Property (the
“Application”).

In connection with the Application, I/We,declare and confirm that I/We:

(i) have submitted the Application for my/our own use and not for the benefit of any other party*;

(ii) am not/ none of us is, an undischarged bankrupt and there has not been any statutory demand served
on me/ any one of us at the time of this application;

(iii) [PLEASE TICK ONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW]

 am/ are the occupier(s), or where applicable, one of the occupiers of the Property

OR

 hold the Property as an investment and do not occupy the Property

(iv) [PLEASE TICK ONE OF THE OPTIONS BELOW]*

 HAVE NOT been granted credit facility(ies) by any financial institution or moneylender or vendor
or any other party in connection with the purchase of, or otherwise secured by the Property

OR

 HAVE been granted credit facility(ies) of S$______________ by any financial institution or


moneylender or of S$________________ by the vendor or of S$_______________ by any other
party in connection with the purchase of, or otherwise secured by the Property

(v) (applicable to joint applicants) agree,


(a) to authorise any one borrower to make and submit the Application to the Bank electronically
on behalf of all borrowers;
(b) if the Application is approved by the Bank, that the Bank’s Facility Letter and Fact Sheet may
be accepted by any one borrower on behalf of all borrowers, including via a telephone call;
and
(c) that all the terms and conditions including declarations, acknowledgments and authorisations
in the Application and the Facility Letter shall be binding on and applicable to all of us jointly
and severally.
*These are not applicable to repricing of housing loans.
