Unit Brief:
The Service Offerings Strategy & Insights team at Infosys is focused on outlining the overall direction
across Service lines. Key focus areas include – outlining strategy with a 360-degree view on
capabilities, competition, market potential and go-to-market positioning, investments for next-
generation services. With an objective to drive growth, accelerate innovation and operational
efficiencies we articulate, direct, manage, monitor strategic direction of service lines. The team
drives insights from information across the organization and feeds into the management team to
achieve business goals. Go-to-Market activities and campaigns across marketing channels of new
service lines are driven and executed working closely with leadership teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive Insights about competition, market trends, next-generation technologies, and align
with internal performance, positioning and come up with direction to service offerings
Formulation of go-to-market strategy and outlining campaigns for positioning new offerings
Analyze the performance with win-loss analysis and pipeline and identify areas of
investments
Engage with leadership teams to drive strategy and translate into execution as these are
critical initiatives for the organization
Monitor, track and report individual operational & financial metrics to ensure minimum gap
between goals and actuals.
Focus on M&A opportunities, and ensuring post acquisition integration and success working
across the ecosystem
Create operational dashboards for Senior management. Create trend charts and other
visualization to ensure maximum insights from the dashboards.
