RAINFALL : Maximum rain recorded in Muttukadu is 783.09 mm in September.
Months with no rains or lowest rains in Muttukadu are January and April.
CLIMATE: Highest temperature in Muttukadu is recorded as 107.6℉ in May.
Lowest temperature in Muttukadu is recorded as 64.4℉ in February and December.
ACCESSIABILITY: Site is located on the either side of the ECR road ,so it can be accessed from either sides.
ACCESS TO THE RESORT : Site can also be accessed from the near by muttukadu boat house through the
ferry boat from there.
SUN PATH: East to west from the siteon the right side to the site on the left side.
WIND DIRECTION: South-East to North-West

The site has a slop of around 15-20 ft from the road level and rest of the site is almost flat through out.
