That I, FERNANDO D. PALAD, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Poblacion,
Panabo City, Davao del Norte, do hereby and by virtue of these presents, constitute and appoint,
LAMIRAZA F ANZANO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Bunawan, Davao
City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact and follow up all the aspects in connection with the RENEWAL of my Business
Permit, with Business Name NANDING & PRESCY STORE, under my Business Permit No.
0042, located at Vegetable Section, Block 9, Stall 3, Premium Market, Sto. Niño, Panabo City,
Davao Del Norte, in the Office of City Administrator-Licensing Section, Panabo City, Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR) and Bureau of Fire for financial, official and any other related dealings
with any offices agencies or other entities;

2. To make payment thereof:;

3. To make, sign, execute and deliver papers and documents that may or may not require my
conformity or signature thereof necessary to effectuate the above authority;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney in Fact, full power and authority
whatsoever requisite necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might have or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully
do or cause to be done under and by virtue of this presents;
