Prior to start the test make sure that all PPE are available in the area: Safety shoes, protective clothing, chemical gloves, respiratory masks/safety goggles &
high protection mask, shovel, Spill kit, work in progress signage’s, warning tape.
Site manager/supervisor/HSEQ officer as controller of the test emergency and one technician to be chosen for the test.

Scenario:
Major chemical spill happened: it involves more than 5L of a hazardous material, unstable spills, does endanger the environment and/or there is a risk of fire
or explosion.
One technician (the one to be tested for the emergency test) is conducting a routine visit when he notices the spill.
