been awarded a merit Scholarship based on my past 4 years of experience which was a blend of IT and
Supply Chain Operations. My past position as a Purchasing Lead has given me a broad understanding of
business and management. Experiential learning projects have provided me with the ability to wear

After being certified with KPMG’s Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Management, I was offered a Supply Chain

mitigated freight costs using network analysis and reduced the approval lead-time for RFI, RFP and RFQ
processes from 48 to 24 hrs.
Also, my Research analyst(Aug 2021- present) role at DCMME-Dauch Center for the Management of
Manufacturing Enterprises which is the Krannert Business school’s exclusive Supply Chain Management
enterprise Centre. This real-time work with the Indiana Transport department, where we reduced Dead-
head routes by 236 Miles using an excel-based optimization mode that helped me with the exposure
required to perform better under challenging conditions.
I was awarded the best employee for the year 2018 at Cognizant(Nov 2017 – Aug 2021) for my
exceeding the expectations throughout the year where I led a team of 03 buyers for strategic sourcing.

time, minimize manufacturing delays and track quality and optimize inventory usage and turnover.
I believe Supply Chain optimization is a great globalization problem to solve and improve. With the right
knowledge in both IT and Operations, alongside my master’s education would help me perform better in
the role which I take up.
As I looked towards to future, I am very interested in using my effective team and time management
skills. From what I have learned about your company, I feel I would be a great fit. I would love to hear
your perspective on this and any other suggestions you might have where my strengths might be of
value.
Thank you.
