SETTING TECO STATUS TO WBS ELEMENT

Process steps for setting up TECO (Technical Completion) to WBS Element

Following are the steps need to be followed for setting up TECO status to WBS Element.

1. Activity confirmation
2. Short closure of Material P.O. and Service P.O.if any.
3. Transfer of Project Stock (MAS) to Storage location.
4. Entering DOC (Date of Commissioning / Completion).
5. Setting TECO status to WBS Element.

Once TECO status is set for WBS Element, we can’t do the following
a. No Purchase Requisition
b. No Purchase Order
c. No Goods Issue against project.
d. No Proejct Physical Progress Entry if any.

1. Activity Confirmation
a. Following steps need to be carried out to Confirman activity in a project.
Activity confirmation shoud be done for Internal Activities only.

Step Action

(1) Enter the T-Code: CJ20N at the command prompt and click on Enter

b. Open the project : CLIN/16.11

Step Action

(1) Select Network Activity : 8000426 0010 under the WBS Element : CLIN/16.11.01

Step Action
By keeping Network Activity : 8000426 0010 in selection mode,

Go to  Edit  Activity  Confirm

d. A screen will be displayed as shown below

(1)  Check in at FinalConf

(2)  Check in at Completed

(3)  Check in at Clear Open Reservs and click on Enter.

(1) System status of Network Activity : 8000426 0010 is displaying as “CNF”

(2) Click on Save icon.

2. Short closure of Material P.O. and Service P.O. if any.

For setting up TECO status to WBS Element, there should not be any open items in material P.O.
and in service P.O.
This process explains about the short closure of material P.O.’s and service P.O.’s., if any in the
project.

3. Material Transfer from Project Stock (MAS) to Storage Location

a. If any materials are at Project Stock(MAS), we need to transfer those materials to the storage
location.
b. To know the Project Stock (MAS)at the WBS Element, we need to do the following process.

(1) Enter T-Code: MBBS at command prompt and click on Enter.

(2) Click on Execute icon.

(2) Respective WBS Element: CLIN/16.11.01

As explained in the above process steps, we come to know the Project Stock (MAS) at the WBS Elements.

e. Following process explains about the transfer of materials from Project Stock(MAS) to Storage
Location using T-Code: MIGO

(9) Enter “Q” which denotes as project stock
