RANGER BT50 2006 8C Key Programming

1) To program a new key for a 2006-2010 Ranger BT50, you need the vehicle's ECU and two blank transponder keys. 2) Put the vehicle in programming mode by opening the driver's door and inserting and removing one key 5 times over 5 minutes until the immobilizer light blinks slowly. 3) Enter the pincode provided by the ECU by counting the number of flashes from the immobilizer light that correspond to each digit when turning the key to ignition and back to off.

RANGER - BT50 2006-2010 AKL 8C Programming

A/ Read ECU 95320 get pin from Tango.

B/ You need 2x keys 8C:

1/ Open the driver's door

2/ Insert and remove the key 5 times, no more 1s (Immo light flash fast,
wait 5 minutes and the LED will blink slowly. The programming mode is
ready)

3/ Now is the time to enter pincode par ex: 77972117

a/ Turn the key to ignition and count : 7 flashes corresponding to the first
digit of your code, Key OFF.

b/ Turn again and count 7 flashes, key OFF ... Do the same to the last digit, if
the procedure was successful, the Immo light STOP flashing if not, do again
from step 2.

c/ Now turn 1er key to ON, immo light go OFF, then turn OFF and take
OUT.

d/ Turn 2è key to ON, verifie immo light go OFF, then turn OFF – key OUT.

e/ Wait 30 secondes and cleat all DTC. Start the car.

Disconnect the battery, it is important that the driver's door is open courtesy
light on and the buzzer is working key (if both conditions are not met will not
be able to reach programming mode) if everything is normal and introduce
the key the fold at least 5 times.
