Parameter Description
Log type NDS index in the system tool task tracing parameters. Currently, "NDS1[0]"
or "NDS2[1]" can be selected. By default, NDS1[0] is configured, and
NDS1[0] is the same as NDS2[1].
Log server The IP address of the NDS server is the same as that of the OMC channel
address NDS server. If the environment is IPv6, the IP address of NDS server must
be filled with an IPv6 address. If the environment is IPv4 and then changed to
IPV6, it is necessary to change the IPv4 address of NDS to an IPv6 address,
so that the data can be reported to NDS normally.
Log It is the same as the transmission mode selected when the NDS server is
transmission started.
type In the scenario involving privacy protection of personal data, the SFTP
transmission mode must be used, but the SFTP transmission mode is not
supported when the current version of NDS is configured as IPv6 address.
Log It is the same as the port configured for the NDS server.

2.9 IMSI-Based Log Collection
The IMSI-based log collection function is to identify the IMSI numbers of the UEs through
the eNodeB, and to trace the full log information of the specified UE, which is used to locate
the problem of the specified terminal.
This procedure describes how to trace log collection based on IMSI.
Steps
UE Global Record Identifier Switch Configuration
During handover between eNodeBs, if the UE global record identifier switch is turned on,
the IMSI identifier of a UE is carried to the target side. Otherwise, it is not carried. This
switch must be enabled in the active area of the UE, otherwise the UE cannot be traced
after the handover.

2.10 Automatic Log Collection
The automatic log collection function solves the problems occurring when the eNodeB
performs active identification. If the system identification fails, a report is triggered. The
log information of the context at the exception time can be collected, and the problem can
be located quickly according to the reported cause and exception data.
The automatic log collection function sends a log collection task through the eNodeB to
collect the operational logs of some UEs that access the system. When any module detects
the exception, it instantly notifies the associated module. The abnormal module and the
associated module will automatically buffer the data and report it to the server in the form
of a file.
