Structured & Unstructured Interviews

Structured interviews have predetermined questions that ensure all candidates are assessed based on the same criteria, allowing for fairer comparisons. They help the interviewer stay focused and manage time well. However, structured interviews provide less flexibility and may miss important insights. Unstructured interviews are more flexible and interactive, allowing interviewers to ask probing follow up questions and learn more about candidates.
