NOTE: -
● Host institute reserves all rights to change, cancel or reschedule any of the events. In
case of any dispute, final authority remains with the host institute and all participants
will be abided by the decision host institute.
● All participants are strictly required to follow all the rules and regulations and
sequence of particular event.
● Participants have to remain present before 30 minutes of event starting time.
● Participants of the Voice of team feast (Singing) are required to remain present
on 1st January 2022 for the elimination round at 10:30 am.

RULES AND GUIDELINES
SALIENT FEATURES OF TEAM FEAST
❖ Team feast is a premier event conducted by students of Swaminarayan Institute of
Management and I.T. continuing since last 7 years.
❖ Team feast – valuable platform for college students to exhibit their talent in various
fields at district level.
❖ Entry fee charged per participant for each event would be Rs. 30/-
❖ Each participant would be receiving a participation certificate and winners will be
awarded with attractive prices and mementos.
IMPORTANT NOTES
❖ Kindly check the event schedule before registration, in case of similar
timings. Students are advised to participate in one event only.
❖ No refund of fees will be provided to participants once paid.
❖ The student registered for the event would be allowed to participate,
no proxy is permissible.
❖ Last date for the registration would be 27 th December 2022, till 1:30
pm.
❖ In all events judges’ decision will be final
❖ All students must carry their college id card for entry purpose.
❖ Organizer has full authority to make any changes at any time in the
schedule and rules of events without prior notice to the participants.
❖ The institute having maximum number of participants will be awarded
as “most active Institute 2022”

GAMES AND RULES
1. GK QUIZ:
● 3 members per team.
● MCQ type questions.
● Elimination round will be held on 2ndJanuary 2022 at 8:00 am.
● Each team needs to participate in elimination round.
● Elimination round will consist of 20 multiple choice questions (MCQ) of
1 marks each; no negative marking system will be applied.
● Top 5 teams will be playing the play-offs on 2ndJanuary 2022.
● Types of question will be – national, international, economics, politics, history, image
identification, GK, General Awareness, etc.
● Event time:9:00 AM TO 10:30 AM.
2. POSTER PRESENTATION:
● Participation – Individual.
● Standard Size should be maintained.
● Any material can be used to make poster attractive.
● Poster should be made at home.
● Topics – Social Issues, Freedom Fighters, Revoluntary techniques, Scientific
Revolutions, Current Issues, etc.
● Explanation to poster is not required.
● Fees Rs. 30 per Participant.
● Time limit – 1 Hours.
● Event time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
3. COLLAGE MAKING COMPETITION
● Team shall be consisting of 2 members.
● Theme of collage shall be given on the spot.
● Time limit is of 1 hour.
● Timing of collage competition will be
● No mobile or internet memes would be allowed to use at the time of the competition.
● Material should bring by participants. Like, paper, magazine, newspaper, glue,
scissor, sketch pen/color, etc., brought by participants.
● Event time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
4. GROUP COHESION:
● Team size – 5 members exact.
● Task will be assigned in which team has to perform to show their team work.
● All teams will be playing elimination round first, selected teams will be playing
further rounds.
● Top 4 teams will be qualifying for semi-finals.
● Top 2 teams will play the finals.
● Timing -12:00 NOON to 2:00 PM.
5. MEHNDI:
● Participants : individual with partner (partner should be arranged by the participant).
● Any material for mehndi must be brought by participant, we will not provide any
material.
● Area would be palm to elbow.
● Design should be drawn on partner’s hand.
● Theme : Full hand, Punjabi & Saudi.
● Time : 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM
6. SKETCH:
● Individual participation.
● Any Pencil Sketch or Color Sketch is allowed.
● Any material for sketch must be brought by participant, no material will be catered.
● Timing 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

7. DIGITAL GAMING- (COD MOBILE)
● Digital Game will be “Call of Duty”.
● According to entry match draw will be done i.e (1) 2 vs 2 & (2) 4 vs 4
● 5 to 6 types of maps will be there in game.
● First player to score 40 points will be declared as winner.
● Timing – 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
8. SELFIE WITH BUDDIES:
● Team size – No limits.
● Every team will get a list; it will include 07 conditions related to selfie e.g (1) selfie
with tree (2) selfie with a person wearing white.
● Selfie should have all members of team.
● All conditions must be satisfied.
● Soft copies of your selfie are required to be submitted in google form duly sent to the
group members between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
● Participant cannot participate in more than one group.
● Timing – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY
● Submitted photos must be original creation and taken by contestants.
● Theme : Porbandar Heritage.
● Size of photograph 8*12
● Photos must be submitted in soft & hard copy.
● Soft copy must be in jpg format.
● Submission will be not accepted once deadline missed.
● Soft copy & Hard copy should be sent through Google form between 4:00 PM to 5:00
PM on 2ndJanuary 2022.
10. VOICE OF TEAM FEAST 2022:
● Individual participation.
● Maximum time limit 3 minutes for elimination round and 6 minutes for final round.
● Participant has to sing on karaoke or musical instrument on elimination and final
round.
● Musical instrument/ karaoke is to be brought by participant, institute will not provide
any resources.
● Elimination round will be held on 1st January 2022 at Swaminarayan Institute of
Management and I.T.
● Top 10 participant will be selected from elimination round.
● Timing :5:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
11. GROUP DANCE COMPETITION:
● Team size – Min 3 Members. Max. No limits.
● Time limit 6 to 8 minutes.
● Teams shall be responsible for arrangements of CDs, costumes and props.
● Themes of group dance must consist of TRADITIONAL DANCE OR PATRIOTIC
DANCE or related to any of the culture of our nation.
● Too much westernization of consume or steps in the dance will amount to
disqualification of the team spontaneously.
● Songs are to be mailed latest by 1st January between 8 am to 11 am through Google
form (the link will be shared by the coordinator) along with group name, institute
name and name of students.
● Fees – Rs. 30 per participant.
● Event time 06:30 PM onwards.
12. TRADE FAIR:
● 10 x 12 size stall will be provided by the host institute.
● 1 Electric plug and one lamp will be provided inside the stall.
● Participant can sell/exhibit any product of their choice.
● Stall will be allocated on random basis.
● Number of stalls will be limited so registration will be accepted on first come first
serve basis.
● One table and four chairs will be provided.
● Fees per stall – Rs. 2,000/-
● Timing – 1st January, 2022 - 8: 00 am to 1:00 pm .
● 2nd January, 2022- full day.
13. MR AND MISS TEAMFEAST
● Mr. and Miss TEAM FEAST 2022 will be selected on the basis of maximum
participation in total number of events except trade fair and group dance.
● Along with participation, ranks into different events will also be given due weightage.
● Final selection of Mr. and Miss Team feast will be based on answer to the open-ended
questions asked to the participants.
