In continuation to instructions issued by Dean Academic Affairs vide Notification Nos. CLUJ/Acd./21-22/2377-90 dated
02.03.2022 & CLUJ/Acd./ 22/2486-2500 dated 23.03.2022, the students are directed to note the following main points:-
1. The offline examinations shall start at 11:00 AM and the online examination shall start at 11:30 AM. The duration of time in
each paper shall remain the same as mentioned in the question paper.
2. For Online examination, 66.67% Weightage will be kept for written component and 33.33% Weightage for viva-voce/oral
examination
For offline examination
a) A candidate has to attempt any four questions from the whole paper
b) The students shall not be allowed to carry mobile phones or any other electronic device in the examination hall.
c) No student shall be allowed to appear in the examination hall without the roll no. slip.
d) The candidates are further advised to use only blue ink pen or ball pen.
e) The candidates are also advised not to disclose their identity by writing name or put any other identification mark in the
answer book which shall tantamount to the use of unfair means and shall be punishable under the University statutes.
f) All the candidates appearing in the Offline examinations are required to download their admit card from their Student
Portal well in time before the commencement of the examinations.

School/Colleges for the conduct of Practical Examinations.
