Magic Soap Experiment

This document describes an experiment demonstrating how dish soap affects the surface tension of water. Small amounts of pepper were added to water, sticking to the surface, while larger amounts sank. When dish soap was added to water with pepper on top, the pepper moved to the sides of the plate rather than remaining in the center, showing how the soap disrupted the surface tension.

MAGIC SOAP EXPERIMENT

Documentation:

This is the water with pepper, as you see they stick together when I put the pepper on the Water. The

Smaller amount of pepper goes down to the water not like the bigger amount of pepper they stayed
at the top of water. When I put my finger on the center of plate this happens

They are still at the top of the water and some are in my hands.

This happens when I put my finger on the water with pepper and Dish soap they are now at the side
of the plate not like the first one that they are in the middle.
