Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the IndiGo Programme:
• Must be between 18 and 32 years of age
• Have a valid passport and the unrestricted right to live and work in India, with the ability to travel
unrestricted worldwide
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Able to obtain and maintain Indian DGCA Class 1 Medical Certi#cate
• Minimum education quali#cation: 10+2 with minimum score of 51% / Grade Point 6 / Grade C1 –
individually in each subject i.e. Physics / Mathematics / English or a higher degree in these subjects
with minimum of 51%*
• Note-Engineering graduate with 51% or more aggregate exempt from score requirements for
Physics and Mathematics in 10+2.
* Candidates not possessing an Indian Class 1 medical can apply for the IndiGo Programme with a Class
II medical, however they must possess an Indian Class 1 medical prior to commencing on the
Programme.

Assessment & Selection
If you meet all the entry requirements you can submit your application. Our team will review and verify
your application IndiGo Cadet Pilot Program and if all the entry criteria are met you will be invited to
undertake the CASS assessment tests with our assessment centre.
Stage 1: Online Assessment test
This assessment day will cover:
• Computer-based testing
• Pilot aptitude, including hand/eye co-ordination motor skills and spatial awareness
• Academic, mathematical and technical capacity
• A multiple-choice test of technical reasoning
• A dynamic multi-task test
Stage 2: Group activity
Once you have passed the initial online assessment test, you will be invited to a group activity
assessment that will be conducted in the presence of a selection panel from IndiGo. This will test will
assess your communication skills and team coordination.
Stage 3: Personal interview
The next stage is a 1-to-1 personal interview with the IndiGo selection panel.
Upon successfully completing the entire assessment process, we will share the assessment results with
you and then will invite you a LOI signing event.
