MINUTES of the 2nd LCES STAFF’S MEETING


November 8, 2021

The Labangan Central Elementary School, School Staff met at Grade II-
Iron Room of Mrs. Josephine B. Pagobo, in Labangan Central Elementary
School on Thursday, November 8, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.

 Aruba M. Emba – Grade II Blue
 Josephine B. Pagobo – Grade II Iron
 Myra E. Manupac – Grade II Triangle
 Jihan B. Mistul – Grade III Copper
 Arkhe Vinleigh M. Valdez – Grade III
 Evelyn E. Martinez – Grade IV Uranium
 Grace N. Dasmariñas – Grade IV Narra

School Staff absent:

0 teachers were absent under Home Quarantine

19 members were present, representing a quorum

*The meeting started at exactly 1:00 p.m. with Mrs. Arlen G.


Matta the school Principal opened it with a prayer, followed by a roll call
by.
*Mam Arlen G. Matta presided the meeting.
Agenda:

5. Designation of Coordinators

Open Issues

 The school principal reported the expenses of the MOOE for the
month of September.
 After the MOOE reports it was followed by the KUMUSTAHAN where
problems/issues encountered by the teachers were presented like;
insufficient supply of modules, some parents were not following the
right schedule in claiming and retrieval of modules,
trainings/webinars, informing the principal during WHF.
 Enrolment updates was presented by the school ICT coordinator
Marissa H. Acuna reported that there 490 pupils were enrolled in the
school based on the LIS.
 SLAC Sessions incharged introduces as INSET Coordinator Aida N.
Rinon and the making of Annual LAC Plan which is the work for the
Master Teachers.
 Designation of Coordinatorships and BAC Members of the teachers.
