To,

The Principal
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sikh lines,
Meerut (U.P.)-250001

Subject: Transfer of the student of class-IV from Kendriya Vidyalay Delhi region to Kendriya
Vidyalaya of my home town Meerut city-Reg.

Sir/Madam,

With due respect, it is submitted that I am a central government employee working as

an Inspector/Air Custom Officer in GST & Customs department and currently posted at T-3, Indira
Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. It is further informed that I was transferred to Delhi in
February-2020 and got transfer certificate for my son from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Anna Nagar, Chennai and
thereafter took admission in the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sector-05, Dwarka, New Delhi. Classes were going
on through the online mode for the last entire academic year. It is further informed that my native
place/home town is Meerut city which comes under the NCR region. It is further informed that I have
two son, my elder son is around 08 years old and younger son is just 02 year and 04 month old. My duty
is to stop/curb anti smuggling activities in the country which requires too much involvement,
investigation and attention during the day/night hours therefore I am unable to take care of my family
completely. My both sons are very young and they feel very helpless and nervous in my absence.
Therefore to give the mental comfort and confidence to my family members, I have recently shifted my
residence from Dwarka, New Delhi to my home town/native place Meerut city. Now I want to take the
admission for my son in the Kendriya Vidyalaya located in Meerut to avoid any disruption in the study
because my post is having too much transfer liability throughout the country and my next transfer may
also comes anytime within 01-02 years.

Therefore I request you to kindly allow the admission of my son who is a student of class
–IV in your kendriya vidyalaya.

Regards
Hemant Kumar
