Activities Done:
We introduced ourselves and did a fun activity regarding upgradation of skills.
We then explain the importance of skill development through our ppt to the
students and our main objective of the program is to provide adequate training
to the children under 16 years so that in future it creates opportunities for the
development of talent within the country and improve the overall scope and
space for underdeveloped sectors. Then we go through to each and every
student and ask them to write their strength and weaknesses according to their
goals and after that we explain them the exercise and how it can help them
alike to become aware of gaps in their knowledge they may not have
previously considered, and will identify areas that need to be addressed in
order for both sides to achieve their objectives.
Learning Outcome:
We get to understand how to work in team in practical world. It really
enhances out communication skills while interacting with others. We also get
to know about the importance of skills in managerial world. Working with
children is different from working with peers so we get new experience.

Activities Done:
According to their time table we have to conduct craft activity
so we taught them with simple paper flowers and then cutting
pasting craft work. We also teach them origami and decoration
items. Then we explain the importance or craft work in
everyday life and importance of creativity. They expressed
their creativity in their art work, they were very happy to
explore their own ability and capability of doing craft work.
At last, we click picture of their art work and had fun.
Learning Outcome:
We got to know the importance of craft work and creativity as
it helps in developing fine motor skills and helps with human
development in terms of learning and understanding difficult
concepts, as it accesses different parts of the human brain. It
helps in problem solving concept.

Activities Done:
As Bhaskar punj foundation have collaboration with many other
NGOs, so went for campaign in nearby areas as a volunteer with
the children of Bhaskar foundation. We did a campaign regarding
issues related with environment and we also discussed how our
small efforts can contribute to a bigger cause. We were a part of
the rally where we explain how an individual can do thing to
control pollution, waste management, clean environment etc.
Learning Outcome:
As we know collaboration across network is an important part of
skill development. We learn how an individual is an important part
of a group as we work as a volunteer. We also got to know much
more about event management as we did logistics work also. We
got more knowledge about environment protection, waste
management, pollution control etc.

Activities Done:
The day was related to digital skills development so as per our
knowledge we introduced them with the importance of digital
skill development that how it helps people to communicate and
collaborate, develop and share digital content, and problem
solve in a work-anywhere world for e.g. – digital link of Aadhar
card can be used as proof of identity, proof of address as well as
proof of age when applying for any government service. In this
way, technology is very versatile etc. It was a theory session.
Learning Outcome:
We learn about importance readiness and flexibility to various
jobs in adaptable workplaces. We able to develop self-
confidence & higher self-esteem. We develop a voice in their
group, community, society & among children. We made a
positive contribution by developing experience & expertise
within them.

Activities Done:
That was our last day so we conduct fun activity like talent show,
storytelling, clay muddling. Children participated very enthusiastically and
had fun as we also participated in those activities. They were very happy
as we laughed, played and enjoyed.
Learning Outcome:
As children develop and explore their skills and we saw the behavioral
change in them for e.g. – developing self-confidence, clear vision etc. so we
got to know about behavioral change.
