Stuff motivation and how to improve it

Introduction

The purpose of this report is to evaluate suggestions that have already been
proposed and to give some other recommendations that can motivate company
staff for more effective work.

A party for the whole department

Frankly, I do not think that it would be wise to have a party while your company
faced with economic problems. You should give bonuses to your salespeople
instead of a party. It would be a good decision to motivate your staff giving them
the desire to work more.

A weekend away for the most successful sales team

For me, that idea is great. Your staff will try to do their best rewarding teamwork
and demonstrate that working as a team can help to overcome all critical problems
in a company. All staff will understand that they are in the same boat and must
work together for the same purpose.

A monetary prize for the best salesperson

In my opinion, one monetary prize is not a good idea, because money is quickly
spent and employees will forget about the source of this prize. For good
motivation, it should be something that endures the time and incentive teamwork
that is important for future company growth.

Recommendations

I strongly recommend focusing your attention on recognizing your company teams


for their hard work and giving them some prizes, but not money. The best prize for
your staff, I think, would be good emotions, and some kinds of travel.
