Our history, our legacy
for the future

2020 marks an important anniversary for Deloitte:

175 years ago William Welch opened an office on
Basinghall Street in London, creating a global reality
that would write a success story.

From that moment on, Deloitte was able to combine

tradition and innovation thanks to the ambition of
its founders, who strongly believed in the power of
collaboration and connection and who were personally
committed to achieving high levels of excellence right
from the start.

We were present at the advent of the steam engine,

we supported our clients through three industrial
revolutions. Today we are facing new challenges and
new changes.

To live up to the future that will come, Deloitte wants

to give substance to its Purpose - Make an impact
that matters - by multiplying its efforts to build
