BEING HEALTHY

Health is the most important thing in life.


Without a good health, you can’t do anything
that you want. We need to keep ourselves fit
and healthy since the young age. So that, we
can live healthy when we get older. If we have
poor health since young age, we’re not sure to
have a successful life. I will tell you an example,
if you aren’t healthy, you can’t pay attention for
study then you won’t pass the exam. If you
want to be a doctor without getting high marks
in University Entrance Exam, you can’t do
nothing. Moreover, you need to get
treatments, so it’ll cost a lot of money. There
are many ways to keep to fit and healthy such
as do sports and exercises, get enough sleep,
etc. There’re also fun ways, they are drink
plenty of water, go for a walk or running and
others. In my opinion, especially young people
should pursue the ways to keep fit and healthy.
According to many reasons, to stay fit and
healthy is really important. I wish you to have a
healthy and successful life.
