Action Plan
Human resource planning is the process by which a company's management assures systematic
planning of the organization's human resources to fulfill organizational goals and efficiently employ
human resources. Human resource planning ensures that people and job positions within the firm are a
good match, allowing any manpower shortages or surpluses to be controlled. With good human resource
planning, management aims to fulfill the organization's objectives while also ensuring that the number of
employees required to carry out those tasks is enough, not less or more.
