I am from Uttarakhand, born and brought up in a middle-class family, and always had my roots connected to the importance of education in my life. I am an extrovert, quite cordial

and joyous can easily blend with most people which helps me in making friends. I am an adventurous as well as inquisitive person, who keeps on trying and learning new things.

One of my habits is that I observe small details about my surrounding, which sometimes is not so useful. One of my qualities is that I am good at most sports whether they are

indoor or outdoor and have participated in many competitions.

iii. How relevant is the same to your longterm goals?

As far as I know, there is no space for akiness in a leadership role, so you must stick to your guts and go with what you feel is best for the business. I always have had my ideal

career path in mind, and in this, I am working in an established company where my ideas are heard and in which I am making an impact with my communication and leadership

skills. I hope to grow with the company and lead others in reaching their own career goals. Also, I would be aiding in some campaigns for the education of underprivileged children.

iv. Reasons to pursue the Management Programme?

I believe an MBA at this point will help me to acquire managerial skills that will help improve the quality of my life and bene t the organization(s) that employ me. Also, it will

provide deep insight and a holistic view of the business functions, processes, and methodologies, which will help me make decisions from a business point of view.

v. Where do you seen yourself 5 years after the completion of the Management Programme?

Five years after completing my management course, I see myself working in a trustworthy company further developing my skill set, and eventually having more leadership tasks,

enhancing my learning by observing more quali ed people in the corporation. I see myself being even more self-suf cient with more knowledge and gaining more experience. I am

eager to experience new challenges and eager to invest ve years specializing in a career I nd extremely engaging and motivating.

By pursuing an MBA from KJ Somaiya Mumbai, I can procure the utmost from the skilled faculty, my diverse peers, and the appropriately designed curriculum. Also, its location in

CAMPAIGNS AND RALLIES.
