Delivery
In this section, write about the project team, processes, and structure on how the project is going to be delivered

Project Team
Provide a organogram of the project team and identify the key stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities.

Commercial Management
Describe the activities and responsibilities of commercial management and how this is structured for the project.
Include items like procurement, payment, change management (variations), performance management, and asset
management for purchased plant etc.

Construction Management
Describe the activities and responsibilities of construction management and how this is structured for this project.
Include items like health and safety, programme, logistics, information management, security, CDM, site set up,
and mobilization/demobilsation etc.

Project Controls
What controls are in place to help manage the project? For example, risk, planning, cost/estimating, change
management etc.

Quality Management
How will quality be managed on the project? Describe systems and process which will help control quality in
accordance with statutory and employer’s requirements. For example, auditing, benchmarking, mock-ups,
reporting etc.
