(Salah)

The Second Pillar of Islam


“This is the Book in which there is no doubt, a guidance for those

who have Taqwa: who believe in the unseen, and who establish Salah,

and spend out of what we have provided for them.” (2:2-3)

And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing,

sitting, or [lying] on your sides. But when you become secure, re-

establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the

believers a decree of specified times. (4:103)
